EXTERNAL WORKS

Focusing in on the new entrance, we want to open the building out so that it actively invites people off the street to discover Phoenix for themselves.

We need to be fully accessible, both physically and emotionally, and so we are going to break down all the hard straight lines outside the building by creating softer, more welcoming curves. This will also create new public spaces outside the front of the building which we may, for example, want to use as external exhibition spaces with a changing programme of sculpture.
