Phoenix Brighton is hosting a series of pop-up activities taking place in the gallery. As part of this scheme, artists will be using the space to experiment with new approaches to their work and develop new projects. Details of public openings and ‘Meet the Artist’ sessions will be posted here.

Phoenix Brighton is working in partnership with HOUSE and Outside In to present an exhibition of vibrant and visionary work by artists who position themselves outside the arts mainstream.  Full details here.

 Martin Phillimore, ‘Untitled’

Phoenix Brighton has received funding from Arts Council England, Brighton & Hove City Council, The Foyle Foundation, and the Chalk Cliff Trust for the first phase of a ground refurbishment programme. The work will include new lighting, heating and ventilation for the gallery, and a new, welcoming front entrance. The work is expected to be completed in late 2015. Further details will be posted here.
